This is the most important thing to decrease your weight. Because of all the problems we are facing. diet is one of the things to increase your weight.
Now we have seen how to follow a diet chart and how to make a diet chart.
First, we have set our schedule properly. Included sleeping time and wake-up time
On my way, we have to sleep at 9 pm and wake up at 6 am. This is the proper time to sleep and wake up. And this is your daily routine, starting with a healthy diet.
So I have a diet chart for your weight loss. If you follow my diet chart you will get wonderful results and you will appreciate me.
